Atlas Promotions: From inconsistent conversions to a 88% drop in cost — in 12 months.

Numbers that peak for themselves

When Atlas Promotions came to us in April 2025, their paid advertising was running — but it wasn’t working hard enough. Costs were high, conversions were unpredictable, and the gap between clicks and customers was costing the business real money. Twelve months later, the picture looks very different.

Before — April 2025
£3.75 (CPA) cost per engagement

£266 cost per conversion

After — April 2026
£1.60 ↓ 57% reduction on CPA

£31.89 ↓ 88% reduction on cost per conversion

That’s not a minor efficiency gain. An 88% reduction in cost per conversion means Atlas Promotions are now acquiring customers at a fraction of what it cost them a year ago — with the same, or better, quality of lead.

The Challenge

Atlas Promotions is a dynamic events business with a strong offer and a team that cares about delivering great results. But when they joined Brandlective in April 2025, their digital marketing wasn’t matching the quality of what they delivered on the ground.

The core problems were:

• A CPE of £3.75 — paying too much to get people to engage with their ads

• A cost per conversion of £266 — unsustainable for a growing events business

• Inconsistent conversions with no clear pattern or predictability

• A disconnect between ad messaging and the internal process for handling enquiries

• No structured strategy for building brand credibility or converting warm leads

The problem wasn’t the team’s commitment — it was that the full pipeline, from the first ad impression right through to a signed client, hadn’t been reviewed and optimised as a whole. That’s exactly where Brandlective stepped in.

Our Approach

We didn’t just look at the ads. We looked at everything. At Brandlective, we know that PPC performance isn’t just about what happens in the campaign manager — it’s about what happens at every step between a click and a customer. So we audited the full journey and rebuilt it from the ground up.

1. Website & Landing Page Redesign

A well-targeted ad is only as good as the page it sends people to. We redesigned the Atlas Promotions website and key landing pages to ensure that when someone clicked an ad, they landed somewhere that immediately built trust, answered their questions, and gave them a compelling reason to enquire.

This included tightening the messaging to match the intent of the ad, improving page speed and mobile experience, sharpening calls to action, and removing friction from the enquiry process. The result: more of the right clicks turned into actual leads.

2. Full Pipeline Review

One of the most underestimated conversion killers in events businesses is what happens after the enquiry lands. We reviewed the entire pipeline — from the language used in ads, to landing page messaging, to how the internal team were responding to and handling incoming enquiries.

By aligning messaging at every stage and identifying where potential clients were dropping off, we were able to plug the leaks in the pipeline and ensure that the money being spent on PPC had the best possible chance of becoming revenue.

3. Content Strategy & Brand Reputation

Trust is a major factor in the events industry — clients are handing over significant budgets and high-stakes occasions. We implemented a content strategy designed to strengthen Atlas Promotions’ online brand, including a structured approach to gathering and showcasing client reviews, improving email broadcast quality and consistency, and ensuring all communications reinforced the credibility of the business.

A stronger brand presence online means that when someone sees an Atlas Promotions ad, clicks through, and does a quick Google — which they will — what they find backs up the ad’s promise. That trust loop is what turns browsers into buyers.

4. Team Training & Mentoring

We didn’t just fix the external marketing — we invested in the people handling the results of it. Brandlective delivered tailored training and mentoring for the Atlas Promotions team, focused on improving their conversion rates when handling inbound enquiries.

Understanding how to respond to a warm lead, how to communicate value clearly, and how to move someone from interested to committed — these skills are the final mile of any marketing campaign. Building them into the team creates a sustainable improvement that outlasts any individual campaign.

In their own words

Callum and Ana at Atlas Promotions have been fantastic partners throughout this process — open to change, committed to improvement, and genuinely invested in the growth of their business. Their feedback reflects what we aim for in every client relationship.

“The team have really appreciated the training and support provided by Brandlective. We’re very keen to continue the relationship”

That kind of feedback matters to us. Because at Brandlective, we measure success not just in CPE and conversion costs — but in whether the people we work with feel genuinely supported, equipped, and confident in their growth.
