International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate the incredible achievements of women across the globe. It’s a day of empowerment, reflection, and action. While progress is being made, the road to gender equality is still long—at the current pace, it is estimated to take 131 years to close the global gender gap (Focus 2030). But that number is not a sign of discouragement—it’s a rallying call. It’s a reminder of why we must continue pushing for change, uplifting women in every corner of the world, and building a future where opportunity knows no gender.
At Brandlective, we’re not just a female-owned business—we’re a community. We are mothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends, and friends. We understand the power of women supporting women, and we believe in using our platform to make a meaningful impact. Every project we work on, every client we collaborate with, contributes to something bigger than business. We are committed to creating lasting change by supporting initiatives that empower women globally.
We’re proud to celebrate International Women’s Day by highlighting some of the impactful projects we support. From education and entrepreneurship to safety and shelter, we are dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls around the world. To date, we’ve contributed an incredible 441,945 impact days—and we are on an ambitious mission to reach one million by 2030.
Empowering Women Through Our Global Initiatives
We believe that economic empowerment, education, and safety are essential pillars of gender equality. That’s why we partner with initiatives that directly improve the lives of women across the globe. Here are some of the incredible projects we support:
1. Ensuring Access to Menstrual Health & Reproductive Education in India
Millions of girls in India face significant barriers to education due to a lack of access to sanitary products and reproductive health knowledge. The stigma surrounding menstruation often leads to school absences, reinforcing cycles of inequality. By providing essential sanitary products and reproductive education, we help young women stay in school, improve their health, and gain the confidence to pursue their dreams.
2. Raising Awareness of Domestic Abuse in Cambodia
Domestic abuse remains a serious issue in Cambodia, where cultural stigmas often prevent survivors from seeking help. We support social media campaigns that raise awareness of domestic abuse, providing education, resources, and support networks for those affected. Through these efforts, we aim to break the silence, change perceptions, and empower women to seek safety and justice.
3. Supporting Women Entrepreneurs in Kenya

Financial independence is a powerful tool for women’s empowerment. In Kenya, we help provide resources, mentorship, and funding to women who want to start their own businesses. By giving them the tools to succeed, we help women build sustainable incomes, uplift their families, and create a ripple effect of economic empowerment in their communities.
4. Microloans for Female-Owned Businesses in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
Women in developing countries often struggle to secure loans due to gender-based financial barriers. We support microloan initiatives that provide female entrepreneurs in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe with the capital needed to launch and grow their businesses. These small investments create lasting change, enabling women to contribute to their local economies and gain financial independence.
5. Building Homes for Families Caring for Orphans in East Africa
A home is more than just a structure—it’s a foundation for security, hope, and opportunity. In East Africa, we help build homes for families who take in orphans, many of whom have lost their parents due to HIV/AIDS and other crises. By providing a safe and loving environment, we ensure that these children have a chance at a brighter future, surrounded by care and stability.
Celebrating Women, Inspiring Change
This International Women’s Day, we want to recognize the resilience, strength, and brilliance of women everywhere. We celebrate the progress that has been made while acknowledging that there is still much work to do. But we believe in the power of collective action and given this years theme ‘Accelerate Action’, every small impact brings us closer to a world where gender equality everywhere is a reality.
At Brandlective, we are more than just a digital marketing agency—we’re a team driven by purpose, fueled by passion, and committed to making a difference. With every campaign we launch, every client we work with, and every initiative we support, we are supporting the people who support people. That’s a lot of support!
As we continue our mission, we invite you to join us. Whether you’re a business looking to make an impact, a consumer who values ethical partnerships, or an individual who wants to support change, there is always a way to contribute.
Looking Forward: Our 2030 Vision
Our journey is far from over. With 441,945 impact days already achieved, we are on our way to our ambitious goal of reaching one million impact days by 2030. This milestone represents millions of women and families who will benefit from greater access to education, financial independence, safety, and opportunity.
